We thought of a return procedure SIMPLE AND FREE to make you enjoy your shopping experience online even if your purchase is not satisfactory or is not in your size and want to change it.
You can return any product purchased on our website (even those purchased with a vision in place) within 10 days from the date of delivery / collection.
It 'important that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all the tags attached or otherwise present.
Here's what you need to do in the event of a return or exchange size:
1) Go to the site, go to your personal page and choose "History and details of my orders", select the order you wish to make a return or an exchange, wait for the page to load, scroll down and check list the products that you want to return or exchange, indicating all the details in the box immediately below (if return or exchange size, with what you want to change the article, ...). To confirm click on "Make a note of restitution."
2) You will be sent an email with an attached pdf file to be printed and affixed to the pack with the goods or to make a change.
3) Finally, please contact the SDA courier www.sda.it via the website or through telephone number 22.214.171.124 (for a fee) to arrange a booking or to get you to say the SDA office nearest to you which lead the pack. Remember that the cost of shipping are charged to us, please indicate at time of booking of the withdrawal. All data are reported for organizing made in the pdf that you have previously printed.
You will receive a confirmation email when we accept your return, but not later than 3 working days from receipt of the package. Please note that we can refund or change only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the minimum requirements, we can make a refund or exchange and the package will be returned.
In case of change size, if the amount of replacement items will be greater than what you paid for the previous order, you'll be sent a link to make payment. If it is lower you will be refunded by bank transfer.
For a refund (full or partial) you need to have a bank account or post office account on which credited the money by bank transfer, regardless of the payment method you selected when ordering (COD, Pay-Pal, ...).
Remember you can send your return only the country (Italy, Germany, ...) in which you placed your order.
